Even before you start a project with us, we want to make sure you know what to expect from our team. Our process below will eliminate unnecessary worry and open the door that leads to success!
Investors + Property Managers
Each company is different. Perhaps you are a leasing company that requires contractors to put together a project scope and submit for your approval before starting the work. Or perhaps you provide your contractors with an approved scope for them to jump right into it. No matter how different your process and requirements, we will adapt to your standard without compromising the quality of our work and project completion time.
By no means do we want to overcomplicate things. On the contrary, we want to make life easier for you!
Your process will become our process, but this is how it typically goes with our clients:
Our team completes all the onboarding requirements to become a vendor for your company.
We establish a relationship with your Project Manager. This will kickstart a great partnership moving forward!
Your Project Manager assigns our team a turn or full rehab project.
Our Project Manager coordinates the work from start to finish so that you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Once our Project Manager has personally performed a final inspection of the completed work, they will notify you and will submit final photos for your review.
Our objective and commitment is to exceed your expectations, but things happen and sometimes we miss the mark. If that is the case, you can be sure we will come back and get it right! If it is not right, it is not done.

Whether it is through our contact form on our website or a phone call, you contact us to tell us about the renovation project you are interested in.
We schedule a visit to perform an initial inspection.
We put together a quote for the work to be performed and present it to you for your review and approval.
Once you have approved the quote, we will schedule the work at a time that works best for you.
After the work is complete, you will have the opportunity to inspect our work to make sure that what we delivered aligns with what we promised and with your expectations.
