FOUNDER AND CEO

Douglas leads and manages the company with passion, optimism, and strategy. Back in his home country, Doug graduated from Universidad Autónoma de Honduras (UNAH) with a BS in Industrial Engineering and, as if one degree was not enough, he obtained a Master’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance at Universidad Tecnológica de Centroamérica (UNITEC).

Doug is passionate about his work, but also about life. Whenever he is not planning his latest business strategy, you can find him enjoying a nice meal and a quality time with his family or at the gym working hard towards his goals.

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

Andrea is our people-minded and cautious leader. She is also Douglas’ daughter and right hand. Andrea graduated from Biola University with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Management and a minor in Biblical and Theological Studies.

Serving and helping is at the core of who Andrea is, so whenever she is not coordinating project work to satisfy our clients, you can find her investing time in the people in her life and participating at church activities and groups.

Our small team is backed up by trusthworthy and hard-working crews that are passionate about what they do. From plumbers to painters to electricians and more, we’ve got the manpower to perform any type of renovation or home remodeling project. We are so proud of each member of our crews!
